Donald & Carolyn Wolff Found a Haven in The Islands of FoxChase
Donald and Carolyn Wolff decided that life was too short to be far away from family and conducted a two-year search to find the right place to move into in the Glen Burnie area. Carolyn’s sister finally suggested FoxChase, and the Wolff’s instantly fell in love with the place and the people. According to Carolyn, "It’s a haven here. It’s safe. It’s quiet. It’s home and we love it!"
Donald and Carolyn are both retired; he was a pharmacist while she was an herbalist. They have been married for 45 years and have two daughters. The Wolff’s decided they wanted to sell their Easton home and be closer to family after Carolyn’s mother became ill and passed away.
They loved that FoxChase was conveniently located near everything and yet wasn’t directly in the hub-bub of Glen Burnie. The Wolff’s also love the freedom here, both in the fact that they don’t have to take care of anything or worry about maintenance, and also that they can just lock the door to go travel whenever they want and feel secure that their home is safe.
Donald enjoys using the fitness center daily, while Carolyn gathers her friends in the Great Room every so often. The couple also frequents monthly movie nights and other FoxChase events.
